Recipe of the Week

  • 1 14.5oz can no salt added petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 15oz cans vegetarian chili with beans
  • 1tbs Beef Bouillon
  • 1tbs Onion Powder
  • 1tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1/2 a white onion, diced
  1. Brown and drain the ground beef
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2minutes
  3. Add chili and petite diced tomatoes
  4. Cook on medium high for 10minutes or until bubbling
  5. Set to low medium for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Let it simmer for the last 5-10 minutes
